The cropping in this one gives it a real personality. It tells a story, but still manages to keep everything under a cloud of "what's going on?" =P. I particularly like the references:
The swirly mobile you used in an earlier shot is cool and the title is... perfect. ^.^
I agree with Nic about the cropping! It really does help tell a story because you're restricted on what you can see. It really puts a lot of emotion into the shot. I would critique the focus a tiny bit, I think it could be a little sharper, especially around the wrist.
